Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

1. Two-Day Return Window

Return, replacement, or refund requests must be submitted within 2 calendar days of delivery. Requests received later will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Claims

Requests are accepted only when:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product is delivered.
  • Parts or accessories are missing.

The product must be unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

3. Unboxing Video

A clear, continuous unboxing video is required. The video must:

  • Begin before opening the sealed package.
  • Show the shipping label and packaging.
  • Show the complete unboxing and reported issue.
  • Have no cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.

Clear photographs may also be requested.

4. Non-Returnable Reasons

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Personal colour preference.
  • Minor colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings.
  • Selecting the wrong product, quantity, size, or variant.
  • Products that have been used, washed, installed, altered, or damaged.
  • Damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation.
  • Suction products installed on unsuitable surfaces.

5. Return Process

Email skechmartindia@gmail.com within two days with:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Delivery date
  • Description of the issue
  • Unboxing video
  • Product and packaging photographs

Do not return a product without receiving approval and return instructions from Skech Mart.

6. Return Shipping

Skech Mart will cover reasonable return shipping costs only for confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders.

7. Replacement and Refunds

Approved claims may receive a replacement, missing component, correct product, or refund.

Refunds are sent to the original payment method and normally take 5–10 business days.

Original delivery charges are refundable only for approved claims.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled for a change of mind.
